Katelyn and Dennis | Gulley Greenhouse Engagement

Katelyn and Dennis are hosting their wedding this summer in the lovely Estes Park, Colorado. When we started talking about where they’d like to go for their engagement photographs – they suggested heading to Gulley Greenhouse near Fort Collins where the two of them frequently peruse the plants and purchase new greenery for their home.

Photographing inside this stunning space was such a great experience – I was akin to a kid in a candy shop. The lighting was beautiful throughout the space and every corner provided endless photo opportunities.

We spent half of our time at Gulley’s in a little more formal attire then Katelyn and Dennis changed into their more casual clothing to do a little plant shopping. I loved seeing which plants the two of them picked out (who are much more Plant-Savvy than I am). I can definitively say that I enjoy hanging plants and the pearl strings after this photo session.

To cap off our time together, we headed down the road to Horsetooth Reservoir for a few images. When I say a few, it was 0ºF outside and windy with a massive storm moving into Colorado – so it was the maximum amount of time we could all handle being outdoors.

I can’t wait to celebrate with the two of you this summer, and talk all things Crescent City related!
